Period help! girls only!!? im going on a watersports holiday on saturday and i will be in the pool or sea nearly all of the time. but my period is due on sunday! i dont know what time it will come or whatever, so what do i do? i cant not swim all day should i just wear black bikini bottoms so the blood doesnt show if it come when im in the pool? will the blood be obvious if it starts in the water? my periods usually start very heavy and get lighter so when it starts i wont be able to hide it. please help! what do i do?
