| Kung Fu accidentsI am a martial artist with several years of experience in this sport. Maybe it shouldn´t even be called a "sport", it is more a life discipline, or even a spiritual life, if you see what I mean. But, in the sense of sports medicine it is a complicated thing. People who practice mertial arts are accident prone, because of the violence of the action. People get kicked and have falls, because they are thrown down. A few months ago I spent a couple of weeks with a cast on my wrist because of a kick from a six foot plus martial artist that I was fighting with. So, be careful! Blessings! |
