Yahoo! Answers: My BMI says I'm overweight. I know I have a little extra fat. Bu I weigh 145. I work out. I played sports all through high school and was good. On my basketball team I never sat the bench and it was a competitive league. So why does my BMI say that I am fat?!?! If I am overweight why won't someone just tell it to me straight up?
