Just walk! thatīs all you need to keep in shape and, furthermore, see the world. Get out and participate in nature. If you have a park nearby, thatīs perfect! If not, get in you car and go to a forest preserve or large space with the birds and the trees. Long distance walking might be called hiking. Maybe more than ten miles will do.
