I've had a pain in my back now for 2 months i felt after soccer/football training and last week its gotten worse. I've been to a physio and they said that they cant find anything and its probably your posture because she asked if i played alot of video games and i said yes and she said thats what it will be. But i dont think its that it's everytime i sprint i can feel it in the middle of my back basicly on the spine. And it's keeping me from doing any sport now. What should i do or what could it be ?
