| Muscles galoreA couple of years ago I signed up at my local gym for a complete body-building program. I was tired oif being the hundred pound weakling, and wanted to have a cool appearance.I wanted to wear tight t-shirts with the muscles rippling. Well, gents, thatīs what I got. Two years after, I have a cool body, not perfect, but cool. It was all from lifting weights. Weights are awsome devices. I began with four hours a week and a wight loss diet (I was overweight). After a while, the diet stopped because I had lost weight. I continued with the weight lifting. Highly recommended. It take some effort and the main point is in the dicipline. Cheers! |
| Hi there! Wow , that was amazing.. Lossing that kind of weight is really an achievement.. Well, Im not that really fat, but I was advice by my doctor to go a healthy diet and have proper excercise, do you think I need to go on a gym??? It's really expensive I think, but if it's for my health, why not. Thank you so much and have a great day to all of you guys! |
