Physics Question (Two Dimensional Motion)?

Thank author of this post/commentOscar throws a baseball (at a constant velocity) at a gong 45 m away; 1.38 seconds after the ball leaves his hand he hears the sond of the gong. If the speed of sound is 346 m/s, how fast was the ball moving?
